Service Level Agreements
A+ Computer Repair and Services offers Service Level Agreements (SLA) to small and medium size businesses with anywhere from 3 to 200 computers. All of our SLAs’ include a prepaid support block and Panda Security’s Cloud Protection. They can also be fully customized with various add-on services such as; remote monitoring through a virtual private network (VPN), telephone support, remote assistance and a guaranteed replacement time for critical devices.
